Recommending products to visitors in the cart is an effective strategy to boost your average order value.
To enable this feature, simply navigate to the top of the page and click the toggle button.
In most cases, we recommend enabling AI Upsells in the Behavior(1) section. It looks at customer behavior to find what products they're most likely to buy. Then, it recommends similar items they might like, helping increase sales with personalized suggestions.
After that, simply customize the appearance to align with your store’s design. (2)
CUSTOM RULES
You can create custom rules for product recommendations shown to your visitors. Click “Set Rules”, define a custom condition that triggers specific product suggestions(1), then choose the products or catalogs(2) you'd like to display. (3)
To add more conditions, simply click “Add New Rule.”
