The announcement bar is most commonly used to create urgency — whether it’s for cart expiration or the end of a discount. It works best when paired with a short countdown timer.
To set up the announcement bar, start by configuring the timer. We recommend setting it to 10 minutes or less to create a strong sense of urgency.
Next, customize the announcement bar message to match your current promotion or situation. If you don’t have any active sales, the default message works well too.
If you want to add multiple messages, click the “Add New Line” button. This will add your custom message to the slider above the cart.
You can adjust the appearance of the announcement in the Appearance section. We recommend creating a strong contrast between the announcement and the cart to ensure it stands out and catches attention.
